Spring 2010
Each year, the diocese offers leadership development workshops around the state for lay leaders and clergy. This year’s workshops will equip congregational leaders for ministry to today’s rapidly changing environment, in ways that are tailored to your own congregation and community. The workshop design will allow your church time to plan and interact with congregational development consultants, and to learn more about leveraging the specific dynamics of your congregation for creative ministry in today’s rapidly changing society. We will utilize models and theories of organizational development for specific congregational sizes and contexts.

In response to the unique challenges of ministering to God's people in resort and recreational communities, The Episcopal Diocese of Colorado, with generous support from the Roanridge Trust, is pleased to offer this confernce as an opportunity to begin a remarkable conversation about the role of the Church in these evolving and distinctive communities.

The Colorado Commission on Hispanic Ministry has developed an approach to Hispanic Ministry that it recommends for the Diocese of Colorado. This model comes out of our belief that we as individual Christians, congregations, regions, and a diocese are called to support Hispanic Ministry and that we will be blessed as we respond to this call.
