The Congregational Development Consultants are trained and supervised clergy and laity who serve the Church through the Bishop’s Office to coach, facilitate and/or consult with clergy and / or congregations desiring to enhance their growth, development, health and vitality in order to engage more fully into the mission of the Body of Christ.
The group of consultants is convened by The Rev. Canon Lou Blanchard.

The purpose of the network is to support clergy serving in Episcopal/Lutheran congregations and to develop models for common mission congregational life between the two denominations.
The Alienation and Encumbrance Committee is a subcommittee of the Standing Committee which provides congregations with assistance, guidelines, policies, and expertise as congregations look to develop their property and / or assets for the mission of the Church. This committee also reviews applications for Alienation and Encumbrance for the Standing Committee.
Forms
The Architecture and Allied Art Commission provides congregations with assistance, guidelines, policies and expertise in developing their property for the mission of the Church to the glory of God. This committee works in conjunction with the Alienation and Encumbrance Committee and may be an integral part of the application process for the Standing Committee.
