SAVE THE DATE - 123rd Diocesan Convention

Oct. 7 - 9, 2010

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center (near I-25 and Belleview in south Denver)

If you and/or your church would like to assist in the planning and implementation of convention please let me know.  We need people to oversee the following: hospitality, training seminars, catering and meals, convention Eucharist, and some of the other logistics needed to make this a wonderful experience for all.  I try to develop a team of people who all do important, but small, parts of the planning and implementation so no one is overburdened.  Please help serve us all by volunteering. Delegate designation closed July 12. Please contact Sarah McAfee (smcafee@coloradodiocese.org) if you still need to designate delegates.

We will not be able to take applications for Vendor Booths in 2010.

We will be able to take a limited number of Informational Booths.

Vendors, we look forward to seeing you in October 2011, when the Convention will be held in Grand Junction, Colorado, on October 6th, 7th and 8th 2011. We hope to see you there!”
