SAVE THE DATE - 123rd Diocesan Convention

Oct. 7 - 9, 2010

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center (near I-25 and Belleview in south Denver)

If you and/or your church would like to assist in the planning and implementation of convention please let me know.  We need people to oversee the following: hospitality, training seminars, catering and meals, convention Eucharist, and some of the other logistics needed to make this a wonderful experience for all.  I try to develop a team of people who all do important, but small, parts of the planning and implementation so no one is overburdened.  Please help serve us all by volunteering. Please note that number of Lay Delegates cannot be assigned unless your congregation has completed their Parochial Report (Please contact Nancy McClung for questions or assistance with completing the Report)

To receive delegates to Convention, each congregation must comply with reporting requirements to the diocese. To download required reporting forms, go to the Finance and Administration page and look for the "Church Reporting -- 2009 Forms" heading.
