Provides clerical assistance to the Bishop, maintains the Bishop’s calendar, maintains Official Acts of the Bishop, and tracks all visitations to parishes by Bishop
Chief of Staff for the Bishop, with specific responsibility for discernment, formation, deployment and wellness of clergy.
Supports the Canon to the Ordinary in developing and maintaining healthy clergy. Supports the work of the Commission on Ministry by tracking candidates for ordination through the detailed steps of the ordination process; supports training and career development for clergy, and handles all benefits administration for the Diocese.
Oversees evangelism, church growth and congregational development. Also serves as the deployment officer for the diocese.
Provides support to the Canon Missioner with all congregational development activities. Provides logistics and communications support for meetings, travel and other activities led by the Cnon Missioner, inlcuding the Church Development Institute (CDI). Tracks all information regarding the status of clergy deployment activites and provides other clerical and administrative support to the Canon Missioner.
Responsible for all internal and external communication for the Bishop’s Office – including clergy communications, maintenance of the diocesan web site and media relations – and editor of the Colorado Episcopalian.
Provides support for the communications and information systems functions for the Diocesan Center; greets visitors and answers the telephone. The Communications Assistant provides clerical support for the Communications Director.
Responsible for the development of the ministry of Christian formation for children, youth and young adults.
Supports the Canon for Faith Formation in developing and strengthening education ministry across the Diocese including ministry for children, youth, young adults, and adults.
Responsible for overseeing and coodinating events conducted by the Office of Faith Formation, including diocesan weekends, youth retreats and children's days, and acting as camp director for Episcopal Summer Camps.
Has primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Diocesan office facility, all accounting functions, the preparation of monthly financial statements, and serves as a resource to congregations in payroll and accounting matters.
